Have my assistant set it up." They're interested but won't lift a finger. Here's how she still managed to get them on board.

From Darwin high-rises to Southwest WA: Shawn's operations began with selling off-the-plan apartments in Darwin – 120-unit towers that required 40% pre-sales to break ground. The pressure of that taught her something crucial about follow-through that she still uses today.

Why group training fails: "They skim the email and think, 'What's in it for me?'" Shawn says she tried group Zoom sessions, but they didn’t work out well. Now she does 30-minute one-on-ones. The difference it made is huge.
